Purchase Order
US Government and educational facilities can select this
option and are automatically granted terms
. Others should
contact a Cyperceptions Account Manager for approval or
the order may not be filled. Please use the comments box
for Purchase Order numbers.

Phone
Select Phone if you wish to supply your credit card
information via phone. After submitting your order, call
our sales department with your payment information.

Check
If you wish to pay by check (or Money Order), submit
the order and mail your payment along with a copy of
your receipt to the address provided on the receipt.

Free Freight Offers
When a free freight offer is shown for a product, you must
select the same type of shipping during checkout.
All items in an order will ship the same way and you will only
be charged freight for items that do not offer free freight.
Our system automatically recognizes free freight
items and subtracts the freight from your shipping total.

If you require a different grade of shipping on other items,
you will have to submit a separate order. An easy way
to do this is to save your current cart, remove items
that require a different shipping grade, and process your
order. You can then restore the saved cart and remove
the duplicate item from your original order.

Purchase Options
We accept Credit Cards (VISA MC AMEX).
Checks and Money Orders
Government Agencies and Educational Facilities are
Automatically approved for 30 Day Terms.
We presently cannot ship COD.

Submitting a Purchase Order
Government Agencies and Educational Facilities are
Automatically approved for 30 Day Terms.
Select Purchase Order from the "other payments" drop-down
provided below the credit card entry area.
Other Businesses should contact a sales representative for
details concerning terms.

Paying with a Check or Money Order
Select Check or Money Order from the "other payments" drop-down
provided below the credit card entry area.
Your order will ship as soon as we receive and clear
your payment.

Saving or Retrieving a Saved Cart
You can save your cart contents at any time by clicking on the
save cart button located on the cart summary page.
A cookie will be placed on your drive to identify your relationship
with the saved cart. Your personal information will not be recorded.
To retrieve, click on "Account Services" and choose cart administration.

Checking Your Order Status
Your order status can be checked at any time by logging into your
account. You can also submit questions regarding your order via
the form provided.

Tracking your Order
Tracking information will be posted in your account area
within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipment Times
Most in stock items will ship within 24 hours of the time of your order.
Some systems are built to order and are shipped direct from the
manufacturer. Items in the group usually ship within 2 business days.
If an item in this group is to be shipped "Next Day" we will make every
effort to have the manufacturer build and ship it the same day.

Order Receipts
A receipt is provided at the conclusion of your shopping session.
A printable order receipt can be accessed through the account services
area at any time after your order is placed. Log into your account,
select the order, and click the button provided.

Back Ordered Items
